At the last minute, an airstrike commanded by US President Michael Dugan barely manages to damage the device in San Francisco, allowing some commanders of the US military to escape the mind control. As the Allies were fighting against Romanov’s forces, Yuri, who had betrayed Romanov, was setting up his own army and setting up devices around the globe to mentally control the world’s population – the activation of these devices is imminent.
